What We Do

Social media tends to be flooded with non-science information, and feel good media is a great serotonin boost but we strive to find a way to feature science as attractive media that is tenable, interesting, and worthwhile to the scientific laymen.

Science subjects featured: COVID-19 & more general Virology, experimental : Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, Medicine and Clinical Research, Math and generally any connected STEM field including Big Data and Machine Learning.

Our Work

We work on a small program to assemble parts of viruses from simple protein code. From start to finish, aiming to take sequences of large macromolecular structures and assembling them into Cn symetrical complexes.

This aims to provide (on desktop computers) a way to model proteins from known or unknown genetic code.

Languages we have used or considered.

  • PYTHON

  • R

  • matlab if needed

  • parallel and serial computing in python, c and c++
